Who we are

Artos Cybersecurity Technology Solutions (“Artos”, “we”) operates this website. The contact form is currently the way to reach us; our planned email addresses (founder@artoscts.com) may not be active yet.

What we collect today

When you submit the contact form, we store:

• Your name, work email, company and optional phone number
• Your service interest and message
• The time you confirmed you had read this notice
• Two one-way scrambled codes: one derived from your network connection to limit spam, and one derived from your email and message to avoid storing the same enquiry twice. We do not store your IP address itself.

Please do not send passwords, access keys or confidential security details.

Email

At present this website does not send any outbound email. You will not receive an automatic confirmation, and Artos is not notified by email; the Artos team reviews submissions in its private system. We will update this notice before email notifications or acknowledgments are switched on.

How we use it

• To review and, where appropriate, respond to your enquiry
• To protect the website from spam and repeated submissions

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Quote requests

The quote request form on our pricing page stores the same details as the contact form, plus the package you selected, your organisation size, timeline and the platforms you mention. It is held in the same private database and is not published anywhere.

Threat Feed submissions

Text you submit on the Threat Feed page is sent to an AI provider for analysis and is then published publicly on that page, together with the assessment. We also store a one-way scrambled code derived from your connection to limit misuse. Please submit sample or redacted data only — never real personal data, credentials or confidential incident details.

Where it is stored and who can access it

Enquiries are stored in a private database with no public access. Only authorised Artos staff and our hosting provider, acting on our instructions, can access them.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data because you asked us to respond and with your consent. The applicable legal framework and a formal retention and deletion schedule have not yet been finalised; this section will be updated once they are confirmed. Until then, enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by sending a request through the contact form.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser to remember whether you paused animations.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the latest version.
